Gift Certificate & Shopping Spree Drawing

1. Starting Wednesday, December 4st, Monday through Friday, listen to the Planet 105.1, Sunny 101.5, or 95.9 The Hawk between 6am & 9am, check out Facebook pages for Planet 105.1, Sunny101.5 and 95.9 The Hawk, St. George Utah or view the websites of myplanet105.1.com, mysunny1015.com, and 959thehawk.com for the store JINGLE the Elf will be that day.  Go to that store and find JINGLE then enter to win at the store by 8:00 pm for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to ANY store at The Shoppes at Zion.  All daily winners will be entered for a chance to win a $300 shopping spree drawn on December 21st.
2. Entry form must be filled out completely with one name only to be eligible for the drawing.  Address stamps and labels are acceptable.  Winner will be called from the number listed on entry form and announced on the radio the following day.
3. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and present proper identification to be eligible for this promotion.
4. Only one entry per person, per store, per day.
5. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their entry form is deposited in the drawing box by 8:00 pm each day.
6. No purchase necessary to enter to win.
7. Any person employed by The Shoppes at Zion and/or one of its stores is not eligible to participate in this promotion. Management reserves the right to exclude any individual from this promotion in its sole and absolute discretion.
8. There will be no cash option offered on the gift certificate or shopping spree. The gift certificate & shopping spree are given in gift certificates good at any store located at The Shoppes at Zion.
9. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Shoppes at Zion management team.
10. The winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes.
11. The Shoppes at Zion will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
12. Any entry form that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with mechanically reproduced, is illegible or has been obtained by any means other than the pursuant to these rules is automatically void. In addition, management of The Shoppes at Zion reserves the rights to void any form at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
13. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to The Shoppes at Zion, to use their names, likeness, etc. for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
14. The Official Rules, the methods in which the entry forms are used, the order in which the entry forms are drawn, the time or date of the drawing, or any other rule or method relating to the gift certificate & shopping spree giveaway in general may be modified or canceled by Management at any time in its sole discretion.
15. Entry forms are non-transferable.
