17 Oct Battle of the Badges Chili Cook Off

Who loves chili? If you’re a fan of chili and helping out a great charity then you will want to attend the Battle of the Badges Chili Cook Off this Saturday (October 22) at Vernon Worthen Park.  The event is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features 18 competitors.  Teams of Law Enforcement, Firefighters, and EMS will be competing.  LaRae from “Lukas and LaRae in the Morning” will be one of the celebrity judges, along with our foodie, Michele from St. George Eats on Instagram.   Tickets will be sold at the event and 100% of all funds raised at this event will benefit Switchpoint Community Resource Center.
