17 Sep Has Pumpkin Spice Gone Too Far?
It’s mid-September and everybody in Southern Utah is waited impatiently for the temperatures to drop so they can pull out their sweaters and jeans……okay, I’m projecting……I AM WAITING! Can it just be fall already?
Of course, we all know that Fall “officially” began on August 28th when Starbucks starting serving their seasonal sensation, the Pumpkin Spiced Latte. No need to wait until the Fall equinox anymore, Starbucks is your seasonal calendar! As I trolled around the pet store while my son was buying crickets to feed to his bearded dragon (btw: I pay to exterminate those buggers from my house, but go to the store to pay $.13/each to be eaten by our reptile…..there is something wrong with this picture) I stumbled on this gem! Really?
Pumpkin spice has truly gone to the dogs! Who is falling for this crap? Love it or hate it, Pumpkin Spice season is in full effect, so sit back and relax to the smell of your pumpkin spice air freshner, sip your pumpkin spiced drink of choice while wearing your “I love Pumpkin Spice” vintage-washed shirt from Target. Happy Fall!
